ANTH 237 - Ethnography of Europe
This introductory course offers an overview of the ethnographic study of Europe since the 1950s. Different regions of the continent are examined through close reading of ethnographic writings concerned with gender, morality, social class, ethnic affiliation, and nationalist ideology. ***Prerequisite: ANTH 100 or completion of 12 credit hours or permission of the Department Head.***
