ANTH 890AU - The Ethnography of the Massim Region
This course provides detailed knowledge of the Massim Region of Papua New Guina, a "classic" field in Anthropology since 1922, when Bronislaw Malinowski started to publish about the Trobriand Islands. A focus will be on the Southern part of this region, where the Dobu language is used.
