Philosophical consideration of ethical problems which arise in the context of the conduct of professional practice. Areas include ethics of privacy and confidentiality with applications to justice. *Prerequisite: JS 100 and completion of an additional 6 credit hours, or permission of the Department Head.* Note: Students may receive credit for one of PHIL 276 or JS 276.
