JS 332 - Law and Society
This course explores law as a social institution. It examines the origin, impact and definition of law, dispute resolution, and the relationship between law and social change. It seeks to engage students in a critical examination of law from a theoretical foundation by applying theory to Canadian law. ***Prerequisite: Completion of 30 credit hours including JS 090 and JS 100, or permission of the Department Head.***
