CHIN 390AG - Interpretation I
This course explores oral/aural interpretation as an academic discipline and professional skill. The focus will be on the theory and practice of Chinese-English and English-Chinese interpretation including techniques in aural comprehension and oral expression. Fundamental concepts of cross-cultural communication, ethics, and professional conduct will also be introduced. *Note: This class is for Chinese dialect speakers and those with advanced Mandarin.*
