PHIL 290AQ - Philosophy Through Fiction |
This course offers a survey of major philosophical themes such as time, the limits of knowledge, happiness and the good life, death, and free will. In complement to the original philosophical texts, we will read classic literary works by authors such as Tolstoy, Chekhov, Dostoevsky, Orwell, Huxley, Vonnegut, and Grossman.
***Prerequisite: PHIL 100 or completion of 15 credit hours***
