CHEM 104 - General Chemistry I
An introduction to the fundamental principles of chemistry. Topics discussed will include atomic structure, bonding, stoichiometry, enthalpy, solutions, organic compounds. Lab component: Introduction to standard chemistry laboratory techniques. ***Prerequisite: CHEM 30 or CHEM 100 (minimum 65%); and Precalculus 30 or Mathematics C30 with a grade of at least 65%, or PMTH 092 with a grade of at least 70%, or MATH 102.*** *Note: Students cannot receive credit for both CHEM 102 and CHEM 104*
