EFDN 309 - Social Issues in Education
A critical look at schooling and its relation to diversity, student achievement, societal intervention and education change. This course examines current issues in educational practice including, poverty, sexuality, gender, religion, racism, tracking, and school reform. ***Prerequisite: Completion of 15 credit hours. SOC 100 is recommended.***
