BUS 355 - Issues in Labour Relations
This course concerns the employment relationship and the practice of labour relations. Issues related to the "gig" economy, collective bargaining, labour legislation, power, conflict resolution, gender inequity, Indigenous employment, race, technological innovation, migrant labour, negotiations, strikes, unions and unionization are explored in this course. ***Prerequisite: BUS 250 or ADMN 250.*** *Note: Students may not receive credit for both BUS 355 and ADMN 355.*
