ADMN 328 - Nation Building for Indigenous Communities
The objective of the course is to present the fundamentals behind nation building, and rebuilding, for Indigenous communities. This course is designed to increase understanding of important nation building ideas in the cultural, administrative, political and economic realms. The course will explore the major Indigenous topics of governance, cultural match and legitimacy, colonial effects, constitutions, judicial systems, administration, economic development, funding dynamics, entrepreneurship, leadership, and inter-governmental relationships. *** Prerequisite: ADMN 228 ***
