BUS 395 - Finance: Theory and Application
This course discusses theoretical models and their applications. Topics will include: capital structure, cost of capital, dividend policy, market efficiency, portfolio theory, and asset pricing. *** Prerequisite: BUS 290 (or ADMN 290) or ACSC 216 with a minimum grade of 60% and BUS 285 (or ADMN 285). *** *Note: Students may not receive credit for both BUS 395 and ADMN 395.*
