BUS 435AW - Advanced Operations Management
An advanced course that covers the management of operations in organizations. Topics will include: supply chain management, inventory management, aggregate planning, material requirement planning, scheduling, lean operations and JIT. Problems of production of goods and services will be considered. The course will also include an introduction to the use of quantitative techniques such as simulation and waiting line models as an aid to organizational decision making. ***Prerequisite: BUS 275***
