BUS 461 - Organization Change and Development
This course provides students with an understanding of the basis for planned change in both sub-units and organizations. It provides a conceptual foundation for the diagnosis and analysis of organizational issues, and the development and implementation of strategies to introduce change in order to improve organizational effectiveness.
