ADMN 307 - Business Law
This course provides an introduction to Canadian legal institutions and processes. Topics will include: the judicial system, law making, contracts, torts and civil liability, constitutional and administrative law, and criminal law. ***Prerequisite: ADMN 100 (or BUS 100) and 45 credit hours of university studies.*** *Note: Students may not receive credit for both ADMN 307 and BUS 307.*
