CTCH 201 - Introduction to Sound Art
This course introduces the artistic practice of sound art. It covers a range of sound art practices including avant-garde sound, Musique Concrète, sound and 1960s art movements, electroacoustic music, sound sculpture, radio art, Acoustic Ecology, community-engaged sound art, sound art in performance, and new media.
