This course examines women and education from historical, philosophical, and sociological perspectives. Topics include women's experiences as teachers, issues of access and equity, feminist views on educational goals, curriculum, pedagogy, and schools, and the politics of teaching. ***Prerequisite: Completion of 15 credit hours.***
