MBA 701 - Foundations of Organizational Behaviour
This course examines the individual and group behaviour and their impact on organizational effectiveness and organizations in general. Relevant concepts from the behavioural sciences include personality, motivation, attitudes, group processes, power and leadership. Students will develop a basic understanding of antecedents and consequences of individual and group action.
