This directed readings course will examine change management. The course will entail a comprehensive reading list and analysis of existing literature on change management including topics such as change models, resistance to change, and change management strategies. It will also entail an emphasis on becoming a reflective practitioner requiring the student to think critically about the links between research and practice and their own leadership practice as a change agent.
