An advanced course that covers the management of operations in organizations. Topics will include: supply chain management, inventory management, aggregate planning, material requirement planning and scheduling. Problems of production of goods and services will be considered. The course will also include an introduction to the use of quantitative techniques such as simulation and waiting line models as an aid to organizational decision making.
