This course examines the role of hormones in human psychology and will cover topics such as sex differences, stress, appetite and sleep, social behaviour, and cognition. Content will focus on the mechanisms underlying hormones’ effects, relevant research methodologies, and clinical applications.
***Prerequisite: PSYC 204 and PSYC 255.***
*Note: Students who have taken BIOL 390 may not take this course for credit.*
*Note: This course will initially be restricted to PSYC majors. Non-majors will be eligible to register at a later point if space remains.*
