BIOC 428AK - Chemogenomics
This course surveys the field of chemogenomics, which analyzes biological problems at the whole-genome level using chemicals. Topics covered include: chemogenomic methodologies; applications in comprehensively studying compound-target relationships and the interdependent biological networks that respond to chemical and metabolic stress; applications in drug discovery and mode of action determination. *** Prerequisite: BIOC 321***
