INSW 482 - Indigenous Perspectives on International Social Work
Students will explore the international context of social work, human rights and 'development' with emphasis given to the experiences of other Indigenous peoples. Roles of social workers within the broader context of globalization, international trade, the United Nations, non-government organizations, and social movements will be explored. ***Prerequisite: INSW 200.*** ***Must be accepted into the School of Indigenous Social Work (SISW).***
