Philosophical consideration of ethical problems which arise in the context of the conduct of professional practice. Areas include ethics of privacy and confidentiality with applications to justice. *Prerequisite: CRIM 101 or JS 100; or 15 credit hours,; or permission of the Department Head.* Note: Students may receive credit for one of PHIL 276, JS 276, or CRIM 276.
